At YardieNime, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify. Because of this production process, we follow Printify’s official return/refund guidelines. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Since each item is custom-made when you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size ordered

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Dislike of the fit, color, or design after delivery
Please review our size charts and product details carefully before ordering.
2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
We gladly offer free replacements or refunds for items that arrive:

Damaged

Misprinted
-
Incorrectly printed

With manufacturing defects
To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of the order being delivered, as required by Printify.
To submit a claim, email us at:

Clear photos showing the problem
Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no cost or a full refund, depending on your preference.
3. Lost or Never-Delivered Orders
If your order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
However, if the package is lost in transit and never arrives:

We will submit a replacement request through Printify

You must notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
4. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
We cannot replace or refund orders that fail to arrive due to:

Incorrect or missing address information

Customer not being available to receive the package

Refused deliveries
If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, a new shipping cost will apply for reshipment.
5. Color, Placement, and Small Variations
Because items are printed individually:

Print colors may vary slightly from listing photos

Small variations in print placement or size may occur
These are normal outcomes of the print-on-demand process and are not considered defects.
6. Sizing Issues
We do not offer returns or exchanges for size-related issues.
Please refer to the size charts provided in each product listing before purchasing.
7. International Orders — Customs & Delays
YardieNime is not responsible for:

Customs fees, taxes, or duties

International shipping delays
-
Packages held by customs
These charges or delays are determined by the destination country.
